Clear wind is the title of a phantom movie by Andrey Tarkovsky that exists only in written form; the director never had the opportunity to shoot it. The script has been re-typed on a long roll of aluminium foil, divided into A4 sections, which were then inserted into sealed containers.
There are no images to relate to: just words. Of this movie we will never see, there remains only a script, hidden in a box that can be opened or not. In this way, the resulting piece responds to a movie which does not exist, and whose absence strangely matches with the story, left up in the air.
